1. Pickling cleaning method:

Chemical cleaning method - pickling method, dissolve potassium dichromate or sodium dichromate crystals in water to 60 to 80 degrees, and slowly add concentrated sulfuric acid with a concentration of 94% to a sufficient amount. Add slowly and stir. When added to 1200 ml, potassium dichromate or sodium dichromate is fully dissolved, and the color of the solution is dark red. At this time, the speed of adding concentrated sulfuric acid can be faster until it is completely added.

If the concentrated sulfuric acid has been added and there are still undissolved crystals, it can be heated to dissolve. The function of the cleaning liquid is to remove common pollutants, grease and metal particles impurities on the tube wall of the titanium powder sintered filter element, and can effectively kill the bacteria and microorganisms that grow on the filter element and destroy the heat source. If the filter element has been alkali-washed before, the lye solution must be washed first, otherwise fatty acid will be precipitated to contaminate the filter element.

2. Backwash cleaning method:

The backwash filter mainly uses the stainless steel filter element to physically filter the impurities in the water. The residue filtered by the filter element gradually increases, so that the pressure difference between the front and rear of the filter increases until it is blocked. When the filter affects its normal operation due to the retention of excessive mechanical impurities, it can be cleaned by backwashing. Close one steering ball valve, and open the other steering ball valve normally, and use reverse water inflow to peel off the retentate adhering to the surface of the filter element and take it away by the backflushing water flow, which is beneficial to remove the sediment and suspended matter in the filter layer, etc. And prevent the filter material from hardening, so that it can fully restore the interception ability, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning. The backwash cycle is generally one to four days.

If the cleaning method is clear, it is necessary to clean it in time, which not only maintains the cleanliness of the stainless steel, but also prolongs the life of the stainless steel filter element.

1. Titanium filter element is a consumable item. Although it is more durable than other filter elements, care should be taken not to scratch, touch, smash, or fall during the cleaning and disassembly process to avoid man-made damage. It is strictly forbidden to use tools to apply force to the surface of the filter element.

2. Under normal circumstances, the filtrate is filtered from the outside to the inside of the filter element, and reverse filtration is not recommended.

3. When filtering, slowly pressurize to the required working pressure, and it is forbidden to open the valve to quickly pressurize.

4. Working pressure≤0.45MPa. When the pressure exceeds 0.45MPa, it should be backflushed with clean air or clean liquid in time, and the backflushing pressure should be ≤0.6MPa.

5. When the titanium filter element is backflushed and backflushed, it is generally backflushed with pure gas first. The backflushing pressure is 1.2-1.5 times the working pressure. The backflushing time is 3-5 seconds each time, and after repeated operations 4-6 times Backwash with cleaning solution for 3-5 minutes, 2-3 operations.

6. If the pressure loss of the filter element is still serious after the online backflushing and backwashing, it should be removed in time for cleaning.
